With a background in rocket propulsion and a passion for multidisciplinary projects, I love pushing boundaries and bringing bold ideas to life.

Desire and passion for new challenges are my main drives. I like to push boundaries of my own capabilities each day and make sure that what I do, I do on 100%. From research, design, and manufacturing to testing and validation. I love multidisciplinary projects with a high level of complexity that require creative solutions. My work style is based on a systematic, logical approach and collaboration with others to bring the future into reality.
Professional references
Short reflections from people who have worked with me on a daily basis.
Sebastián joined with quite some experience already and was able to quickly pick up topics that he was not yet familiar with. He combined research with many hands-on tests to close our gap between hot fire test data and cold flows. The result is a collection of test results and relationships that we will hopefully be able to use for many years to come.
As department head I knew I could give Sebastián any task and trust it would be done, be that an in-depth design of an ignition & retention system or a last-minute modification to a flight structure. His technical expertise, practical insight, and curiosity lead to outside-of-the-box solutions which were manufacturable, optimised, and most importantly, easy to operate. He goes above and beyond, will proactively seek to help, and lightens the mood in any group.
I met Sebastián when he was a student at Inholland. He was quiet and modest, but he definitely stood out, by asking smart questions. Later he worked as a student assistant for me. Sebastián was proactive in solving problems before I realized we had problems.
Whether working as an intern or a freelancer, Sebastian's precise and versatile technical capabilities make him a great contribution to our flight simulator operation. This in combination with his positive attitude and being 100% reliable, makes him the perfect teamplayer. What a pleasure to work with him!
